RED BANK, NJ, May 14, 2021 – The Red Bank Catholic High School Athletic Department is excited to announce Christine Supino Rieger, as the new head coach of the Girls Varsity Tennis team. Rieger, a 1984 Red Bank Catholic High School graduate, has decades of tennis experience both as a competitive player and high school coach. She is currently a member of the New Jersey Scholastic Coaches Association, the New Jersey Women’s Tennis League, and the Central Jersey Women’s Tennis League. Rieger is a former teacher with a master’s degree in counseling and was VP of the Shrewsbury Board of Education for six years. She is the
founder of the local nonprofit, Bloom Again Foundation NJ, which helps low income women pay for living essentials during a medical crisis.

“We are thrilled to have Christine join our coaching staff,” stated Red Bank Catholic Director of Athletics, Joseph Montano. “Whenever we can get an alumnus to return and
become part of the faculty, it’s great.”

Coach Rieger is ecstatic to work alongside the current JV head and varsity assistant coach Chris Reisner for the upcoming Fall 2021 season.

“It’s wonderful to be back in the RBC community,” Coach Rieger commented. “I welcome the opportunity to help develop young female athletes on the tennis court and look
forward to our journey ahead.”
