Robby Stanislaro scored two goals with an assist for Red Bank Catholic in its 6-2 win against St. John Vianney at the Red Bank Armory.
Red Bank Catholic (4-3-1) led 2-0 in the first period thanks to a pair of goals from Landon Gray and Luther Vanim. St. John Vianney (2-6-1) cut into the lead with a goal from Joseph Calabria before Red Bank Catholic got a goal from Logan Josko.
Leading 3-1 in the second period, Stanislaro scored the power play for Red Bank Catholic as it stretched its lead to 4-1. Liam Greenhall scored for St. John Vianney to cut the lead again to 4-2. Joey Barbutti and Stanislaro each scored for Red Bank Catholic to extend the lead to 6-2.
Josko had two assists for Red Bank Catholic. Barbutti, Ryan Crocker, Brady Johnson and Gio Gemellaro each had one assist.
Anthony Scarfone, Gavin Bearmore, Drew Jaccodine and Tristan Resnick each had one assist for St. John Vianney.
Drew Schafer made 28 saves for Red Bank Catholic while Noah Canfield made 22 saves for St. John Vianney.
