APP HIGHLIGHTS KEVIN BAUMAN AS FOOTBALL INSIDER'S TOP JERSEY SHORE TIGHT END TO WATCH IN WEEK 3

With the help of high school football recruiting analyst and USA TODAY NETWORK NEW JERSEY Red Zone Road Show co-host Chris Melvin, we name some of the top wide receivers, tight ends and athletes to watch in this weekend's Shore Conference games:

Receivers/tight ends

1. Kevin Bauman, Red Bank Catholic, 6-foot-5, 250 pounds senior:

Where he plays this week: Red Bank Catholic (1-2, 0-2) hosts Long Branch (1-2, 0-1) in a Shore Conference American Division game Friday at 7 p.m. at Count Basie Field.

Bauman scouting report: Bauman has made a non-binding oral commitment to Notre Dame.

He runs his routes very well and is tough to cover due to his size, leaping ability, body control and deceptive. He could be a collegiate All-American tight end down the line.
