SOPHOMORE MORGAN CUPO EARNS SECOND TEAM ALL-STATE HONORS

Congrats to RBC sophomore Morgan Cupo for being named Second Team All-State by the New Jersey Advanced Media.

Cupo proved she was one of the state’s elite scorers this fall as she led Red Bank Catholic to a Shore Conference title and an appearance in the South, Non-Public A final. The sophomore’s biggest game of the year came in a rematch with Middletown South. After losing to that squad in the regular season, Red Bank Catholic came back and even the score with a 2-0 win in the Shore Conference Tournament semis. Cupo scored both goals in that win and added a score against Toms River North in the Shore Conference final.

As a team, the 2019 Varsity Team also earned the top spot in the final rankings for the Class A Central Division. Congrats to all the players and coaches on a terrific season!
