Ally Carman, Red Bank Catholic, So., F/C

Carman is one of the most intriguing players at the Shore this year. At times last year, the six-foot-four Carman displayed post moves that were virtually impossible to stop. Her game was still developing as a young freshman last year, but it’s likely Carman takes a huge leap forward this year. She averaged 8.7 points and 6.1 rebounds in her first high school season.

Justine Pissott, Red Bank Catholic, So., G/F

There were very few freshmen across the state that had a better year than Pissott did last year. She averaged 12.7 points and 5.4 rebounds last year. Tall and long, Pissott can make her presence felt in the post but also possesses the guard skills that allow her cut to the basket. She established herself as a three-point threat, hitting 55 shots from beyond the arc. Pissott has one of the brightest futures in the state.

Sophia Sabino, Red Bank Catholic, Jr., G

Sabino is one of the purest and most talented floor generals at the Shore. She is a fantastic ball distributor and a dynamic playmaker out of the point guard position. This winter could be the breakout year for the Fordham-commit. She averaged 10.7 points and sunk 31 three-pointers last season.
