Alex Bauman, Red Bank Catholic

In an October 2020 game, Red Bank Catholic's Alex Bauman chases down Mater Dei Prep quarterback Alex Brown - the two are now teammates after Brown transferred to RBC.
6-4/225 TE/DE – Bauman is a special talent on both sides of the ball and for that reason he was named All State 2020 at tight-end and defensive end. In 6 games he racked up 7 sacks, two forced safeties, 70 tackles with 20 for a loss on defense and caught 16 passes covering 305 yards on offense.

As a reliable receiver already possessing a collegiate frame, Bauman is hard to cover with his size, speed and athleticism. As a defensive end he is just as special and is almost impossible to get around when he’s on the edge. Offers have come from Boston College, Rutgers, Vanderbilt, Notre Dame, Wake Forest, Coastal Carolina, Tulane, Columbia, Penn, Elon, Buffalo, Army and UMass.

Vince Carpenter, Red Bank Catholic

6-6/290 OT - Carpenter is a fluid offensive tackle who moves very well and utilizes his impressive technique to take defenders out the play. He dishes out his share of Pancake Blocks but is also recognized more for drive blocks with good leg drive and with his extensive wingspan that makes him seem to be closer to 6-9. This guy can already play and still has huge upside! Has committed to the Purdue Boilermakers.

Alex Brown, Red Bank Catholic

6-3/205 QB: Brown is sensational inside or outside the pocket, sees the field very well and makes good reads on what the defense presents. Owns a super strong and accurate arm to go along with great footwork and athleticism. As a junior in 2020, Brown threw for 2,850 yards and rushed for another 720 yards. The top student (4.4 GPA) and Mater Dei transfer has committed to Bucknell.

Rajahn Cooper, Red Bank Catholic

6-0.5/215 LB/RB – A transfer from Mater Dei, where he was a special player on both sides of the ball for the Seraphs in 2020 racking up 409 yards on 61 carries and 3 touchdowns and 29 tackles and an INT. Things will only get better in 2021 for the now-Casey - Cooper is a gifted back on offense where he utilizes a nice burst, power, balance, and a lean that enables to run through defenders. On defense Cooper is a sound outside backer that has no problem chasing down a ball carrier or dishing out a big hit to stop them in their tracks.

Ashton Mejias, Red Bank Catholic

6-2/290 OG/OT -- A transfer from Mater Dei who is an extremely tough and sound offensive guard who also roams around at tackle at times. He loves to pull and take out the opposition.

Joe Dioro, Red Bank Catholic

6-4/195 WR/DB – An impressive receiver with a good stride that creates separation from defenders … has soft hands and catches the deep and intermediate ball well … A tall corner who has good athleticism, impressive footwork and finds the ball well.

Jaidin Haynes, Red Bank Catholic

5-9/175 CB/WR/ST - Haynes is an explosive player with the rock in his hands and is a tenacious defensive player at cornerback and on special teams.

Ryan McPherson, Red Bank Catholic

6-2/230 DE/OLB – A sound defensive-end who comes off the edge strong for containment with controlled technique in a two- or three-point stance.

Corbett Cimini, Red Bank Catholic

5-9/175 RB/Safety – Not the biggest player around – but Cimini dishes out a BIG PUNCH as an awesome tackler on defense and as a tailback when he explodes through the hole or when he takes it to the outside for huge gains.
