The Shore Conference Basketball Coaches Association has announced the 2022 All-Conference and All-Division girls’ squads. The awards are based on voting by area coaches.

Red Bank Catholic’s Justine Pissott has been selected to the All-Shore First Team and the A Central Division First Team. She was also named A Central Division Player of the Year.

Despite missing 11 games due to injury, she led the Caseys in scoring this season with 295 points, 120 coming from outside the arc. She exceeded 20 points in seven of her 17 appearances with her best outing a 28-point showing against Rumson-Fair Haven on Jan. 13.

During that game, she also reached the career 1,000-point milestone. She completed her four years at RBC with 1,058 career points and holds the school record for three-point shots made.

Pissott was named to the 24-player roster of the McDonald’s All-American Game and is the only New Jersey player selected. She is currently ranked as the No. 11 prospect nationwide by ESPN.com and has committed to the University of Tennessee.

“It was a pleasure to coach Justine the last four years,” stated Head Coach Joe Montano. “Her work ethic and determination are unmatched. She is the best shooter I have coached at RBC, and I am looking forward to watching her have a great college career.”

Teammate Ally Carman was named to the All-Shore Second Team and the A Central Division Second Team. She has scored 1,020 points as a Casey, including 288 during the 2021-22 season. She will continue her academic and athletic career at Boston College.

RBC players Tessa Carman, Christina Liggio and Casey Prior were awarded A Central Honorable Mentions.
